Design
Clamping devices are designed in-house by our experienced staff. Our clamping tools fulfil the highest accuracy requirements.
Further analyses such as FEM (finite element calculations) are a natural part of our design process.
Manufacturing
All customised clamping devices are manufactured at our site in Germany on state-of-the-art machine tools. Our high level of vertical integration enables us to provide a flexible solution to your clamping problem.
Assembly
We assemble the manufactured clamping devices completely in-house. Final adjustments are made to the tools using lathes and milling machines.
Quality assurance
High-precision clamping devices require modern production and testing facilities. Stiefelmayer works with specially developed testing facilities.
Carefully documented acceptance processes and comprehensive test runs for each chuck are part of our teams' daily routine.
